Delivery & returns

We are preparing our first release. Orders are not open yet, and we are not taking pre-orders or payments.

UK delivery

The first Core release is planned for the United Kingdom, with UK delivery included in the £49 price of each T-shirt.

Once orders open, estimated UK delivery is 3–5 working days from placing your order. This covers the time from ordering to arrival, not just dispatch. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. A release date has not yet been announced.

Returns

Our complete returns policy, return instructions and contact details will be available before we take orders. We are finalising the arrangements alongside production and fulfilment.

This is prelaunch information. It does not replace the delivery and returns terms that will apply when the store opens for orders.

How to measure your T-shirt

A · Chest width: Lay a T-shirt flat without stretching. Measure across from one underarm to the other.
B · Body length: Measure from the highest shoulder point beside the collar straight down to the hem.
Sleeve length: Where listed, measure from the shoulder seam along the top of the sleeve to its edge.

A flat chest width is not your body’s chest circumference. Compare these figures with a T-shirt you like wearing.

Full manufacturer ranges are shown for reference. Size and colour availability for Unmute will be confirmed before orders open. Inches are converted from centimetres and rounded to one decimal place.
